
Official Open Golf Hospitality 2009
Official Hospitality at the Open Golf 2009 has been reinvented. In association with the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews, the new hospitality facilities at Turnberry will offer a degree of comfort and choice not seen at the Open Golf Championships before.
There are a range of different packages to choose from:
Open Sportsman Hospitality
The Open Sportsman Hospitality package is designed for clients who want to fit their Open Golf Hospitality experience into 24 hours. The Open Sportsman arrives whenever the travel arrangements allow. Guests go directly on to the course armed with food and drink vouchers that can be redeemed in public catering outlets on the course, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the golf.
Having spend the whole day on the course with your guests, you can return to the Open Golf Hospitality Village for afternoon tea, drinks in the bar and a three course dinner with house wine.
Open Guest Hospitality
As an Open Guest you will be well placed to enjoy the days golf and benefit from full hospitality including bacon rolls and tea and coffee to set you up for the morning's golf. Then there is an excellent three-course lunch and afternoon tea. This package comes complete with a full bar and house wine served with lunch.
Available in a private chalet or a restaurant this package can be tailored to suit your entertaining needs. Clients have the option to upgrade wines, include champagne, add a gift or discuss ways of customising thier chalet in the Official Open Golf Hospitality Village.
Open Clubhouse Hospitality
The Open Clubhouse hospitality package is a new premier hospitality package that has introduced for the first time for the 2009 Open Golf at Turnberry.
Clubhouse guests will have access to a unique shared space designed to provide informal areas for eating and relaxing. The a la carte Club Menu will offer a range of food choices that change throughout the day and is ideal for people who want to follow their favourite player but want a steak sandwich or some tapas before they rush off.
The Clubhouse hospitality experience includes all food, a full bar and a list of fine wines and champagnes that are available throughout the day.
Open Golf Seafood and Champagne Hospitality
The Seafood and Champagne Hospitality package at the Open 2009 will be based in the new Loch Fyne Seafood restaurant within the tented village. Based on tables of 10, this package includes breakfast canapes, bucks fizz, coffee and tea, a three course seafood lunch including champagneand fine wines and afternoon tea.
